It’s to be administered on the 28^th and 34^th weeks of pregnancy. A further dose of Anti-D injection becomes necessary if the baby is found to be Rh positive after the blood needed for the test is taken from the cord. Anti-D injection is also suitable for miscarriages or bleeding or trauma.
