    The Uses of Adcetris

     

    • For treating previously untreated adult patients with stage III or IV classical Hodgkin lymphoma as a supplement to chemotherapy.
    • Used as consolidation of post autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for treating patients with Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma (cHL) who have a high risk of progression or relapse.
    • Used to treat patients with cHL in whom auto-HSCT has failed. It is also used for treatment of patients who aren’t candidates of auto-HSCT in whom at least two prior multi-agent chemotherapies have failed.
    • Used to treat patients with systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma in whom at least one prior multi-agent chemotherapy regimen has failed.
    • Used to treat patients suffering from cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (pcALCL) or CD30-expressing mycosis fungoides (MF) who have already been administered systematic therapy.

    Please note that this drug may be administered to treat other problems by physicians if they feel it may be useful in case the drug is approved for one use.

     

    How is Adcetris Administered?

     

    • It may be administered as an intravenous infusion for a duration of over 30 minutes.
    • The dosage to be administered depends on factors that include the patient’s weight, general health, other health problems, and any other type of cancer or health condition that the patient may have.
