Alectinib

It’s meant for patients who have already been treated with crizotinib. Each of the hard capsules contains 33.7 mg of lactose and 6 mg of sodium. Alectinib should be administered only by a physician who has experience in using anti-cancer medicinal products. The dosage recommended for ALK-positive NSCLC patients is 600 mg (four capsules of 150 mg each) taken with food twice every day making it a total daily dose of 1200 mg.
